Using SONY XDCAM EX Clip browser v2.6 on HP workstation to import footage from XDCAM EX3 broadcast camera. Used to work fine in Windows 7 Pro but fails to run in Windows 10 pro with 'A problem caused the program to stop working.' Also failed in the same way, and again tried all the compatibility options etc. All windows updates are applied. Also tried repairing the software, and doing a fresh install on 2 different machines. The install appears to work successfully. Any ideas how to get it running or to debug it to find out where the problem is?
